The ESG/sustainability category emphasizes companies that attain a minimum growth rate of 15% growth, with their progress and expansion grounded in clearly documented aspirations and objectives that align with a comprehensive sustainability agenda.

The jury states, that they had no doubt when they had to select a winner in the ESG category. The jury emphasized different areas where DEIF stood out.  For example, the jury expresses the following in regard to the justification for awarding the ESG award to DEIF:

“The jury has emphasized the concrete measures that have been taken to show that the company’s values ​​are more than decorative letters on a website. Among other things, the alternative energy sources, and that there is an ambitious goal of being CO2-neutral within a few years. The focus on CO2 reduction can be seen both in their own production and in what the products do for a better future.”
