In Aalborg Maritime & Logistics we offer and facilitate the following 5 ERFA groups:
The participant in the groups are primarily the employees with responisibility for the specific areas in the member businesses. Our members consists of businesses with the maritime industry and businesses with a specific focus on logistics, and the relevant educational institutions / puplic institutions. 4 meetings of 2-3 hours are held annually. A business can have participants in different groups on one membership fee. The groups will consist of max. 18-20 people each.

The purpose of the Logistics group is to give executives and managers in businesses with focus on logistics e.g. e-commerce, supply chain, internal logistics and such matters the possibility of – confidentially – sharing experiences and knowledge.
The maritime ERFA group is here to give executives and managers from the maritime industry a forum where relevant strategic, tactical and operational subjects can be discussed confidentially.
Topics of the agenda could be “Smartshipping”, “the green transition”, “Maritime educations/postgraduate courses” and “What happens with China?”.
The aim of this group is primarily to give IT-professionals the opportunity to confidentially share experiences and knowledge about cyber security based on the specific needs and circumstances of the members. Furthermore, it is a purpose to provide the opportunity to form and maintain relations within the IT business.
Examples of topics could be “Role based access and segmentation”, “Governance of LINUX clients”, “Password management”, “AI” and “Security of mobile clients”.
This group aims to create a forum where HR professionals from the maritime sector, businesses with focus on logistics, and relevant educational institutions can meet and dive into common professional HR interests.
Also, the purpose is to provide the setting for professional relations to be established and maintained within the HR business area.
Ideas for the agena are “Future amendments that can affect the HR function”, “Onboarding and retention”, “HR data and GDPR”, and “Educational needs in Northern Jutland”.
The marketing group will give marketing professionals working in the maritime and logistics industries and within relevant educational institutions a forum for confidential and professional exchange of experiences of the many fields of marketing.
The goal is also to provide the right settings for establishing and maintaining professional relations within the marketing world.
Ideas for the agenda could be “The use of CRM software”, “How to market sustainability without greenwashing?”, and “How to measure ROI on marketing?”.
